This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services, software products, digital solutions, and subscriptions offered by Addition Solutions (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) through aitspl.com.

By using our Services or making a payment, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services—custom software development, IT consulting, SaaS products, digital solutions, and technical services—all sales are final.

Refunds are generally not provided once payment is completed, except in specific cases outlined below.

2. Service-Based Engagements

For custom software development, consulting, integration, automation, or any project-based engagement:

  • Payments made for project initiation, analysis, design, or development are non-refundable.
  • If the project is terminated by the client mid-way, no partial refund is applicable.
  • For fixed-price projects, milestone-based payments are due as per agreed scope and are non-refundable once a milestone is delivered.
  • Delay caused by client dependency (approvals, inputs, content, data) is not grounds for cancellation or refund.

3. SaaS Products & Subscriptions

For subscription-based or usage-based SaaS services:

  • Subscription fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle, but the current paid cycle remains active until expiry.
  • No refunds are provided for unused days, early cancellation, or lack of usage.

4. Digital Products, Licenses & Deliverables

Payments for digital products, licenses, API access, documentation, or downloadable materials are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

5. Training, Workshops & Consulting Sessions

  • Fees for training, workshops, or consulting appointments are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling may be permitted with advance notice, subject to availability.

6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

In case of:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Payment made in error
  • Technical processing failure resulting in over-charging

We will verify the transaction and initiate a refund of the excess amount to the original payment method.

7. Payment Gateway Issues

If payment fails but the amount is debited:

  • Razorpay or your bank usually refunds the amount automatically within 5–7 business days.
  • If the amount is not refunded within that period, you may contact us for assistance.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 Project/Service Cancellation

If you wish to discontinue a project or service:

  • Written communication is required.
  • Work already completed, allocated resources, and booked hours will be billed.
  • No refunds apply for completed or in-progress work.

8.2 Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your SaaS subscription anytime through the platform or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation prevents future billing but does not trigger refund of the current billing cycle.

9. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds (only in exceptional cases) will be:

  • Credited to the original payment method,
  • Processed within 7–14 business days depending on the bank/payment provider.
